Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Filter Screen

Filter Mesh Disc, also called wire mesh filter disc, is a compact filtration part used for particle removal, fluid purification, and equipment protection. It is made by cutting woven or sintered metal mesh into round, square, or custom shapes. Discs can be single-layer for basic filtration or multi-layer for high pressure and fine separation. Layers are joined by spot welding, edge wrapping, or sintering.

Common materials include SS304, SS316L, brass, and nickel alloys for strong corrosion resistance. Standard diameters range from 5 mm to 300 mm with filtration ratings from 1 µm to 200 µm. Filter Mesh Discs are used in polymer extrusion, hydraulic oil filtration, plastic recycling, and chemical processing to stop impurities and protect equipment. Optional support plates and customized designs can be made to international standards.
